Well Winter was on it's way, but in the end, instead of snow, it started raining hard. Sometimes, the rain will freeze over and become snow. That is possible, and likely, so watch out for the sudden change of weather.

Description:
Personality: Mysterious and kind. Mizumi have a wonderful voice, and she is a mermaid. She can turn to her water form only if she touches water, which explains why she avoid the rain. She is a kind teacher, but Mizumi is not afraid to scold her students if needed, although she could spoil them sometimes.
Past: Mizumi is raised as a normal girl, until at 10, she found out she is a mermaid. Then later, she graduated from her school early, and felt like teaching so she took up the job.
